Canoas Air Base already has more than 800 scheduled commercial flights

Canoas Air Base will receive the first commercial operations managed by Fraport Brasil in the coming days, which is finalizing the last details to ensure that the infrastructure receives commercial flights safely.

To date, ANAC's Operations Registration System (SIROS) has already registered more than 810 flights scheduled until the month of October, giving an initial idea of ​​how long Salgado Filho Airport will be closed, with the first operation scheduled to take place in June 1st, with 10 daily operations at first. 

Despite the scheduled flights, the schedule at Canoas Air Base may change at any time, if Fraport Brasil guarantees the return of operations at Porto Alegre Airport.

Fraport also informed that the ParlShopping Canoas structure will be part of the special operation at Canoas Air Base, where Fraport will receive passengers for security and boarding procedures, before traveling by land to the air base. Details about landing and takeoff times, as well as routes, can be consulted with the airlines.
