Registration for the Consumer Relations in Air Transport course, offered by the National Consumer Secretariat (Senacon), through the National School of Consumer Defense (ENDC), is open until May 6th. The training, developed through a partnership between the National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC) and Senacon, is aimed at members of the National Consumer Protection System (SNDC), the regulated sector, academics who study the airline industry, people interested in consumer protection and users of air transport services passengers.
The main theme of the training is the regulation of consumer relations in the civil aviation sector, covering the characteristics of air passenger transport, the role of ANAC, the rights and duties of service users and airlines. Classes are online and free, and can be held from May 14th to June 10th. The workload is 40 hours.
The program content is divided into five modules:
Module 1: The regulation of air transport services in Brazil
Module 2: Before the trip
Module 3: During the trip
Module 4: After the trip
Module 5: Accessibility
