TAM Aviação Executiva will participate, for the 16th time, in the largest agribusiness event in Latin America – the International Agricultural Technology Fair (Agrishow) – and will take to Ribeirão Preto solutions from its portfolio that are true allies of the sector, including aircraft that became a trend in agriculture.
In its space at the fair, two models will be on display: a Cessna Grand Caravan EX turboprop and a single-engine Cessna 206 Turbo Stationair, two of the most popular aircraft in the segment and manufactured by Textron Aviation, which TAM AE has represented exclusively in Brazil for 42 years.
Another four aircraft will be at Ribeirão Preto airport, where they will be on display and perform demonstration flights: a Cessna Grand Caravan EX and a Cessna Citation M2 Gen2 jet; a Bell model 505 helicopter, which TAM AE also represents in Brazil exclusively; in addition to a Beechcraft King Air 360, one of the most delivered models for agribusiness, manufactured by Textron Aviation and represented by TAM Executive Aviation since 2016.
With more than 60 years of experience in Brazil, TAM AE has emerged as one of the main suppliers of aircraft and executive aviation services for agribusiness. In the last two years, 43% of the aircraft sold by the company were directed to the sector. Furthermore, a significant portion of the maintenance services and sales of parts registered by the company are destined for agriculture, which reinforces its ongoing commitment to offering appropriate solutions to professionals in the field and acting as a great partner in the sector.
Recently, the company launched a campaign focused on the segment. With the signature “making agriculture fly higher is part of our business”, the company wants to show how executive aviation solutions can boost business and bring efficiency and productivity to the fastest growing sector in Brazil – according to the IBGE (Institute Brazilian Geography and Statistics), agribusiness alone was responsible for 25% of the country's GDP last year.
