Avianca will offer more than 1,4 million seats on more than 3.900 flights to 75 destinations in America and Europe, between Friday, March 22, and Sunday, April 1, a period that corresponds to the Holy Week holiday in many countries.
Among the favorite destinations for this season are Pereira, Cúcuta and Barranquilla, in Colombia; Los Angeles, Miami, New York and Washington, in North America; El Salvador, Guatemala and Costa Rica, in Central America; Aruba and Curaçao, in the Caribbean; Quito and Galapagos, in Ecuador; Rio de Janeiro, in Brazil; and London, in Europe.
Avianca recommends that travelers take the following tips into account for their trips during Holy Week:
- Digital channels: Manage your reservation through our digital channels, and your luggage at airport kiosks.
- Self service: Use the automatic machines at airports to check in your luggage.
- Flight status: Stay informed about flight status, either through the Avianca app or the Aviancaregcom website
- Advance: Arrive 3 hours in advance of your flight departure time.
- Requirements in order: Make sure you have all the required documentation on hand, depending on the destination.
