In a week to United Airlines forget, this time a Boeing 737 MAX 8 from the company ended up leaving the runway this Friday morning (8) shortly after landing, at George Bush International Airport, Houston, in the United States.
The incident occurred around 8 am (local time), resulting in the aircraft being stuck on the airport lawn. The plane was carrying 160 passengers and six crew members, no one was injured. The FAA said it will investigate the case in conjunction with the NTSB.

“After landing, UA2477 exited the taxiway onto a grassy area. Customers have disembarked via aerial stairs and are being transported by bus to the terminal,” United Airlines said in a statement.
The runway excursion episode happened one day after another plane from the same company lost its wheel during takeoff at San Francisco airport.
