Amaro Aviation enters the rotary wing segment

Amaro Aviation Rotary wings

In the coming months, the executive aviation company Amaro Aviation will enter the rotary wing segment with the arrival of the Bell 429 aircraft. The helicopter will be available for charter, package hours and also for the sale of shared quotas. At the beginning of the year, the company also announced the acquisition of a unit of the Swiss AW09 helicopter, manufactured by Leonardo, which makes Amaro Aviation the customer to launch the model in the country in 2025.

The Bell 429 is a twin-turbine helicopter, capable of accommodating up to 6 passengers in comfort and 2 pilots. Sales leader in the segment, it is one of the models with the best maintenance cost.

“We are very excited to expand the service offering for our customers with rotary wings, complementing what we already offer with long-range aircraft, with our PC-24 jet and PC-12 NGX turboprop”, declares Marcos Amaro, CEO of Amaro Aviation. For him, it is necessary to meet the needs of charter customers with different types of aircraft, making it possible to recommend the most appropriate one for each need.

The Bell 429 will go into operation within a few months. The AW09 should be delivered in 2025. Amaro Aviation believes in a business model that offers several options according to customer demand for flights, both charter and time cards up to the purchase of sharing quotas for an aircraft.
