HAECO Xiamen completes its first A321-200PCF conversion in China

A HAECO Xiamen announced last Tuesday (17), the completion of its first conversion of an Airbus A321-200PCF in partnership with Precision Conversions. In addition, the company also obtained a Supplemental Type Certificate (STC). HAECO Xiamen has an authorized aircraft conversion center since 2010.
 
Before becoming a freighter, this Airbus A321 operated for Vietnam Airlines from 2004 until 2020. Now, the plane has received registration ES-MAG (MSN 2303), where it will operate for Smartlynx of Estonia.
 
Kevin Guan, CEO of HAECO Xiamen, said: “HAECO Xiamen started collaboration with Precision on Boeing 757-200PCF conversion in 2010. We have had a good cooperative relationship in recent years and will have a new collaboration on A321-200PCF conversion".
 
Gary Warner, President of 321 Precision Conversions, LLC, stated, “The HAECO Xiamen team did a remarkable job on the first A321-200PCF conversion in China. We look forward to many successful deliveries".
 
More than 70 conversions have already been completed by HAECO Xiamen, with models: Boeing 747-400, 737-300, 737-400, 737-400, 737-800, 757-200, and now, with Airbus A321-200 aircraft.
